Absolutely. IronCut has been built with a universal 25.4MM bore, making it a straightforward fit for the vast majority of whipper snippers, brushcutters and grass trimmers available today. IronCut is ready to go straight onto your existing setup without any modifications.

Completely. IronCut was built from the ground up to make nylon line heads obsolete. The problem with nylon line is simple — it snaps the moment it touches anything harder than soft grass. IronCut solves that with 6 aerospace-grade braided steel wire blades that stay intact through rocks, concrete edges, thick weeds and overgrown vegetation. You stop less, cut more and never have to fiddle with re-threading line mid-job again.

IronCut performs across virtually any outdoor trimming environment — residential gardens, large backyards, driveways, gravel paths, footpaths, stone wall borders and areas with heavy weed growth. It especially excels in spots that defeat nylon line entirely: rocky patches, concrete kerb edges, tight corners with built-up dirt and uneven terrain where standard heads constantly snap and stall.

Not difficult at all — most customers have IronCut up and running in under five minutes. There are no special tools needed and no complicated fitting process. Remove your old trimmer head, attach SixBlade to your shaft, and you are ready to start cutting. It really is that simple.

• 6 twisted steel wire blades — perfectly spaced at 120° apart for smooth, balanced, vibration-free cutting

• 8 inch / 200MM cutting diameter — wide cutting path covers more ground per pass, saving you time and effort

• 25.4MM universal inner diameter — drops straight onto most standard brush cutters and grass trimmers with zero hassle

• Rock-resistant steel blades — twisted steel wire flexes on rock and root impact instead of snapping like nylon

• 6-blade configuration = precision + power — fewer blades than 6-wire models means cleaner, more precise cuts with less drag on your motor

• Handles all complex terrain — slopes, gravel edges, rocky patches, garden borders, tight corners

• Outlasts nylon line — steel wire lasts significantly longer than standard nylon spools under the same conditions

• No constant reloading — unlike nylon line, no need to stop and re-thread mid-job

• Cuts through thick vegetation — handles dense weeds, overgrown grass, and stubborn brush that nylon lines cannot
